5 Minute Stuffed Medjool Date Appetizers

  • 1 lb. Natural Delights Medjool Dates
  • 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese or mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped peanuts


  1. Carefully cut one side of each date lengthwise and remove pit.
  2. Spoon 1 tsp. peanut butter into half the dates and 1 tsp. cheese into the remaining dates. Sprinkle with nuts.
