Medjool Date Salsa



  • 2 cups Medjool dates, pitted, diced into medium sized pieces
  • 1 Apple cored, cut into medium sized pieces
  • 1 Pear cored, cut into medium sized pieces
  • 1/8 cup Sugar
  • 1/8 cup Lime juice
  • 1/2 Small red onion, small diced
  • 1 Jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped cilantro
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well.
  2. Cover and place in refrigerator for 1 hour to let flavors combine.
  3. Serve with chips. Perfect on pork or grilled chicken.

Serve immediately.
