Chopped Medjool Date Salad


½ cup Natural Delights Medjool dates, pitted and quartered

½ cup mixed greens or romaine lettuce

¼ cup crumbled feta, blue or goat cheese

¼ cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing


  1. Cut each Medjool date one more time to yield 8 cubes per Medjool date.

  2. Combine Medjool dates with greens, cheese and vinaigrette dressing. Toss vigorously.

  3. Add fresh ground pepper to taste.
