Chopped Medjool Date Salad


  • ½ cup Natural Delights Medjool dates, pitted and quartered
  • ½ cup mixed greens or romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta, blue or goat cheese
  • ¼ cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing


  1. Cut each Medjool date one more time to yield 8 cubes per Medjool date.
  2. Combine Medjool dates with greens, cheese and vinaigrette dressing. Toss vigorously.
  3. Add fresh ground pepper to taste.
