Peanut Butter, Banana and Medjool Date Pitas

  • 2 whole wheat pita bread rounds
  • 1/2 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
  • 8 Natural Delights Medjool Dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced
  • 8 tsp. honey


  1. Cut each pita bread in half to form four pita pockets. Gently open and spread 2 tbsp. peanut butter inside each.
  2. Place equal amounts of dates and bananas in pockets and drizzle 2 tsp. honey over each. Gently press together.
