1 1/4 cup Mixture of dried fruits (blueberries, cranberries and chopped Medjool dates)

Combine honey, olive oil, and salt in a pot. Simmer on low heat, stirring, just until the mixture is well blended together and heated through.
Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Place oats and almonds and pour the honey oil mixture over, mixing well. Bake granola for about 25-30 minutes on 350 degrees or until starts to turn golden, stirring several times to ensure that it doesn't burn.
Cool granola to room temperature, then break it up, and stir in the dried fruits, a combination of blueberries, cranberries, and chopped Medjool dates. Add some chocolate chips if desired.
