Spicy Jalapeño and Chipotle Cheese Stuffed Medjool Dates

  • 4 Natural Delights Medjool Dates
  • 2 tbsp. light cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 tsp. canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 tsp. minced jalapeño peppers
  • Snipped fresh cilantro to taste


  1. Make a small slit in the top of each date and carefully remove pits.
  2. Stir together cream cheese and chipotle peppers, adding additional adobo sauce to taste. Spoon mixture into dates.
  3. Sprinkle with jalapeño peppers and cilantro.

Serve immediately.
