Spicy Jalapeño and Chipotle Cheese Stuffed Medjool Dates

  • 4 Natural Delights Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 Tbsp light cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ tsp canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 tsp jalapeño peppers
  • Cilantro, snipped, to taste


  1. Stir together softened light cream cheese with minced canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, adding additional adobo sauce to taste.
  2. Spoon mixture into each pitted Medjool Date
  3. Sprinkle with minced jalapeño peppers and snipped fresh cilantro to taste.

Serve immediately.
