½ cup Natural Delights Medjool dates, pitted and sliced
1 pint strawberries, hulled and quartered
2 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned
4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
Pour balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until the vinegar has reduced to about ⅓-cup. Set aside, and cool to room temperature.
Toss lettuce, Medjool dates, strawberries and oranges together in large salad bowl. Top with goat cheese and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
