Acai Peanut Butter Blueberry Bowl

Acai bowls are packed with tons of nutrients while still tasting deliciously sweet. 


  • 2 packets (3.5oz each) frozen acai berry puree
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp creamy, natural peanut butter
  • 1 serving peanut butter plant-based protein powder
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • (Optional garnish) granola and fresh fruits
  • Garnish
  • 1/4 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup your favorite granola (gluten free if needed)
  • 1/2 Tbsp natural peanut butter


  1. In a high-speed blender add all ingredients except for the toppings.
  2. Blend until smooth and consistent.
  3. Transfer into a bowl and garnish. Enjoy!
