Chocolate Tahini Bites

These Chocolate Tahini Bites made with Medjool dates are a great pick-me-up for a boost of natural energy.


  • 1 Tbsp. Cacao Powder
  • 12 Pitted Medjool Dates
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla Bean Paste
  • ¼ cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil


  1. Process until dough-like consistency/can hold itself together
  2. Roll in 1” balls
  3. Dip in melted chocolate, then drizzle
  4. Place on tray to dry
  5. Finally, Enjoy.

*While Medjool dates are high in natural sugars, they are low on the glycemic index thanks to a balanced amount of soluble fiber.
