This creamy Date Saffron Kulfi blends sweet dates, saffron-infused cream, cardamom, and condensed milk into a rich frozen treat, topped with pistachios for a fragrant, indulgent dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 7 oz sweetened condensed milk (about half a can)
- ¼ cup heavy cream + 10 saffron strands
- ½ teaspoon ground green cardamom
- 10 soft dates, pitted and soaked in warm water until soft
- Chopped pistachios, for garnish
