Flavored Butter Trio with Medjool Dates (Cinnamon Date, Honey Pistachio & Garlic Herb)

Ingredients
- Cinnamon Date Butter
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 6-8 Natural Delights pitted Medjool dates, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- Honey Pistachio Butter
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp honey
- ¼ cup pistachios, finely chopped
- Flaky sea salt, to finish
- Garlic Herb Butter
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Fresh thyme, chopped (about 1 tsp)
- Olive oil
Preparation
Cinnamon Date Butter
Add softened butter to a bowl and mix until smooth
Fold in chopped dates, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Mix until evenly combined.
Spoon into a serving bowl and let sit at room temperature for best texture.
Honey Pistachio Butter
Add softened butter to a bowl and mix until smooth.
Add honey and mix.
Fold in chopped pistachios.
Finish with a light sprinkle of flaky sea salt before serving.
Garlic Herb Butter
Add softened butter to a bowl and mix until smooth.
Stir in garlic, parsley, and thyme.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil and mix just until combined. Serve with radishes, fresh bread, crackers, olives, specialty salts, and whatever else you love on a grazing board
