Honey Date Coconut Yogurt Bowl

These delicious coconut yogurt bowls are perfect for a quick weekday breakfast or filling mid-day snack! Full of natural antioxidants, fiber, and healthy fats, you’re going to love putting these together or making your own version served with naturally sweetened dates. 


  • 1 cup plain yogurt: dairy-free coconut yogurt, greek style yogurt or nut-based yogurt
  • 1/2 cup berries of choice
  • 2 tablespoons cashew butter
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1/2 cup grain-free granola or your favorite
  • 6–8 Natural Delights Mini Medjools of choice


  1. Divide yogurt into two bowls. If using coconut yogurt, I recommend about 1/4 cup each since it’s so dense. For Greek-style yogurt, use up to 1 cup per bowl.
  2. Top with berries, cashew butter, raw honey, and your favorite granola.
  3. Serve with Mini Medjools or crumble them on top!

*While Medjool dates are high in natural sugars, they are low on the glycemic index thanks to a balanced amount of soluble fiber. The complex carbohydrates found in Medjool dates are digested at a slower rate, making them a source of dietary fiber and releasing energy to the body over a longer period of time.
