  • 1 cup multi grain Cheerios
  • 1 cup popped popcorn
  • 1/4 cup lightly salted almonds

  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup yogurt covered pretzels or yogurt chips
