Prosciutto Wrapped Dates with Goat Cheese

  • 20 Medjool dates
  • 10 prosciutto slices
  • 6 oz goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey + extra for drizzling
  • Fresh thyme


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line the baking sheet with parchment paper.

Blend goat cheese and honey until smooth and creamy. Slice each date lengthwise and stuff with goat cheese (about a teaspoon per date).

Cut each prosciutto slice into 2 strips.

Wrap each date with the strip and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until prosciutto is crispy and browned.

Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh thyme leaves. Serve immediately.
