Serve these delicious Tiramisu Stuffed Medjool Dates to your guests, and you'll be the talk of the party!


  • 12 Pitted Natural Delights Medjool Dates
  • ¾ Cup of Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. of Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. of Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tsp. of Espresso Powder


  1. Cut an opening down the middle of each dates and separate enough to fill but careful to keep the date intact.
  2. In a bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese and honey and whisk together.
  3. Add the mascarpone mixture to a piping bag (tip choice is preference, just nothing to big). If you don’t have a piping bag you can also just spoon the mixture into the dates.
  4. Pipe or spoon mixture into dates.
  5. In a small bowl, combine cocoa powder and espresso powder and using a small sifter, sift mixture over top of stuffed dates.
  6. Store in fridge in an air-tight container and remove to enjoy!

The complex carbohydrates found in Medjool dates are digested at a slower rate, making them a source of dietary fiber and releasing energy to the body over a longer period of time.
