Ingredients

  • 1 Natural Delights Organic Pitted Medjool date
  • 1 cup watermelon
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • 1/2 Persian cucumber
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan or Celtic sea salt
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Strain over ice and garnish with watermelon, blueberries and lime!
