- 1 Natural Delights Organic Pitted Medjool date
- 1 cup watermelon
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 lime, peeled
- 1/2 Persian cucumber
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan or Celtic sea salt
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup water
