Ingredients

  • 10 Natural Delights Medjool dates, pitted
  • 4 ounces fresh goat cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ⅛ cup fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Hot honey, for drizzling

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, toss the walnuts with olive oil and rosemary until coated. Spread them on the baking sheet and roast for 8–10 minutes, stirring halfway, until fragrant and golden. Remove and set aside.
  3. Slice each date lengthwise to create a small pocket and stuff with goat cheese. Arrange the stuffed dates on the same baking sheet.
  4. Warm the dates in the oven for about 5 minutes, just until the cheese softens and the dates are slightly warm.
  5. Place the mixture in a container or, if you prefer, in individual containers. Enjoy!
