  • 1 slice whole grain bread
  • 2 tablespoons Medjool date paste (see Related Links below)
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries


  1. Toast the bread in a toaster or under a broiler on both sides.
  2. Spread date paste over the toast and top with fresh mixed berries.
