Refuel your body and nourish your muscles after each workout with this fortifying smoothie.


  • 2 Natural Delights Medjool Dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (or flax seeds)
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Large handful of spinach
  • Couple cubes of ice (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, blend until smooth. Enjoy!
