Ingredients
- 3 cups diced sweet or yellow onion
- 1 cup pitted Natural Delights Medjool dates, roughly chopped
- ½ cup crumbled or chopped bacon, about 4 slices or ⅓ lb
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup water
