A light and refreshing smoothie for that nighttime sweet tooth or a post-workout pick-me-up.


  • 2 cups frozen peaches or 2 cups fresh peaches + ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted


Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

*While Medjool dates are high in natural sugars, they are low on the glycemic index thanks to a balanced amount of soluble fiber. The complex carbohydrates found in Medjool dates are digested at a slower rate, making them a source of dietary fiber and releasing energy to the body over a longer period of time.
