Craving a sweet afternoon snack, but trying to stick to healthier options? These Sweet Crunchy Lunbox Snackers add a sweet twist to peanut butter and celery that won't blow your diet goals.


  • celery sticks - cut to fit in a yogurt/granola style container
  • 1/4 cup Medjool date paste (see Related Links below)
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 Medjool date, pitted and roughly chopped


  1. Mix Medjool date paste with peanut butter, place in the small side of a yogurt/granola style container, top mixture with chopped Medjool dates.
  2. Cut celery sticks to size that fits into the larger side of the yogurt/granola style container.
