Masala Chai Date Bread

This naturally sweet and fragrant Masala Chai Date Bread is the perfect companion to a hot cup of tea!


  • 12 Medjool Dates, Pitted
  • 1.25 cup Almond Milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Masala Chai Spice Blend
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ¼ cup Gluten Free Flour
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt


  1. Soak dates in hot water 15 minutes. Preheat oven 350F.
  2. Drain then mix almond milk, masala chai blend, lemon juice & vanilla in blender until smooth and consistent.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk remaining ingredients.
  4. Gradually stream & fold liquids until combined.
  5. Transfer to greased baking loaf pan.
  6. Bake 35-45 minutes until passes toothpick test. Allow to cool before slicing. Enjoy.
