Masala Chai Smoothie

Start your day with this delicious Masala Chai Smoothie made with Medjool dates.


  • 6 Medjool dates
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp. Masala Chai Spices
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ cup Coconut Milk
  • 4 cups Frozen Cauliflower
  • 1/8 cup Cashew Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Flax Meal
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract


  1. Blend all together until smooth & consistent.

*While Medjool dates are high in natural sugars, they are low on the glycemic index thanks to a balanced amount of soluble fiber.
