Ingredients

  • 6 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 6 Natural Delights® Whole Medjool Dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • Optional: zest of 1 lime for a citrusy twist

Preparation

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced cucumbers, chopped dates, feta cheese, mint, basil, and balsamic vinaigrette.
  2. Gently toss to combine.
  3. Top with more chopped dates, feta, and add lime zest, if desired.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
