Let your tastebuds escape to a tropical island with this simple, 5-ingredient smoothie.


  • 12 ounces coconut water
  • 1 mango, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 6 Natural Delights® Medjool Dates, pitted and roughly chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • mango slice for garnish (optional)


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blitz for 3-5 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Garnish with mango slice.

*While Medjool dates are high in natural sugars, they are low on the glycemic index thanks to a balanced amount of soluble fiber. The complex carbohydrates found in Medjool dates are digested at a slower rate, making them a source of dietary fiber and releasing energy to the body over a longer period of time.
