Harvest Chocolate Bark with Tajín - a sweet and spicy, easy-to-make treat!

  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • Natural Delights Medjool Date Strips with Tajín
  • Pecans
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Pretzels
  • Tajín


  1. Melt 2 cups chocolate chips and spread over wax/parchment paper.
  2. Layer with Medjool Date Strips with Tajín, pecans, pumpkin seeds, pretzels, and sprinkle a bit of Tajín on top.
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Break into pieces and enjoy!

*While Medjool dates are high in natural sugars, they are low on the glycemic index thanks to a balanced amount of soluble fiber. The complex carbohydrates found in Medjool dates are digested at a slower rate, making them a source of dietary fiber and releasing energy to the body over a longer period of time.
