Sticky Date Chia Pudding with Toffee Sauce
This sticky date chia pudding is a creamy, high-fiber breakfast or snack made with blended Medjool dates for natural sweetness and gut-friendly nutrition. Ingredients
- Pudding
- 5 Natural Delights Medjool dates, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
- 1½ cups whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Dash of cinnamon
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- Toffee Sauce
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp date syrup
Preparation
Pudding
Drain dates and blend with milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
Stir in chia seeds.
Let sit for 5 minutes, stir again (to prevent clumping).
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
Toffee Sauce
Warm almond butter for ~30 seconds.
Mix with date syrup until smooth.
Top chia pudding with yogurt + drizzle of toffee sauce.
