  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 3 Natural Delights® Medjool dates
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ mango, diced
  • 2 tablespoons almond slices
  • ⅓ cup blueberries
  • coconut powder for garnish


  1. Add almond milk, Medjool dates, frozen raspberries, and frozen banana to a blender. Blitz until smooth (about 3-4 minutes).
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh raspberries, mango, almond slices, and blueberries by creating a pattern or just sprinkling randomly. Add a flavor boost with a sprinkling of coconut powder on top. Serve chilled
