Super Green Mango Smoothie Bowl

This simple and nutritious smoothie bowl will be your new go-to breakfast or snack. 


  • 1 banana
  • 1.5 cups frozen Mango
  • 1 cup frozen Spinach
  • 1 apple
  • 2 cups Coconut water
  • 3 pitted medjool dates
  • 4 Tbs plant-based protein
  • (Optional garnish) granola and fresh fruits


  1. In a high-speed blender add all ingredients except for the toppings.
  2. Blend until smooth and consistent.
  3. Transfer into a bowl and garnish. Enjoy!

*While Medjool dates are high in natural sugars, they are low on the glycemic index thanks to a balanced amount of soluble fiber. The complex carbohydrates found in Medjool dates are digested at a slower rate, making them a source of dietary fiber and releasing energy to the body over a longer period of time.
